The Antex CS 18W and XS 25W soldering irons are ideal for miniature precision soldering.

  • 12V and 24V element voltages are offered in the CS 18W range
  • An inner ceramic shaft provides near perfect insulation and virtually no leakage (less than 2mA)
  • An outer shaft of stainless steel provides strength
  • Bits are secured on the element by a sliding ring which, when moved towards the tip, allows the bit to slip on or off
  • A range of alternative sized bits is also available
  • All irons are available with the option of a heat-proof silicone cable ideally suited to educational environments
  • 24V models are available with or without fitted low voltage plug
  • Suitable plugs (cable mounting sockets), order code 23-1205, are available separately if required
  • Supplied complete with 2.3mm bit, (CS18W) or 3mm bit (XS25W), 1.5m of cable and full instructions


    Suitable stands are available for the irons, please see order codes 85-0585 and 85-0588 in this section. Hanging hook not included.
