A low fuming, no clean solder offered with X39 flux core of 60/40 tin/lead. Specially formulated to have a very low flux contact designed for use in no clean wave and reflow soldering environments. Given the very low residues when soldering it may also be used for repair work following any cleaning processes meeting the requirements of Bellcore and IPC class 3. Completely halide free and low spitting in use. Melting temperature is 188°C, recommended bit temperature is 308°C.

  • Leaves turbid residue
  • Aggressive
  • Acts marginally better on copper than X38
  • Wets brass very effectively
  • Supplied in 500g reels
