An economical station designed especially for lead-free desoldering.

Self-contained diaphragm type vacuum pump
Vacuum control is via a push button on the desoldering iron
Suction continues for 1 to 2 seconds after the button is released to ensure that tips and tubes are fully cleared
A large digital display, can be switched to either Fahrenheit or Centigrade, is used to set the target temperature and to monitor the actual tip temperature
Freestanding iron and solder stands
Temperature is electronically controlled by a front panel control, removing the need to change tips for different applications
Zero voltage switching and fully grounded circuitry makes the unit safe for use on static sensitive devices
An optional 80W hot air pencil is available, allowing the station to double up as a hot air supply for heat shrinking, glue drying or curing, fault-finding, small SMD devices, or for pre-heating PCB track areas or hardware
Energy saving mode cuts power by 33% after 15 minutes inactivity
Mains connection is via an IEC type mains inlet on the rear of the unit
A range of spare parts, tips and filters are available to keep the station performing at maximum efficiency
A 1.2mm tip is supplied as standard
