SL65 is a two-part, pure silver-filled conductive epoxy adhesive, combining the excellent adhesive qualities of epoxy resin with the electro-conductive properties of pure silver. It is used for connecting heat-sensitive components to circuit boards, connecting ground wires to components, for conductive connections onto plated bases and many other applications.

  • Suitable for bonding most substrates, typically metals
  • Supplied in two 15g containers of resin and hardener
