  • Total 2420 tie points
  • 3 sets of 64 rows of 5 connected sockets
  • 5 rows of 50 connected sockets alongside, suitable for use as power supply rails
  • The power supply consists of a benchtop 24V AC transformer unit, supplied separately (please see below) which feeds the full short-circuit and overload protected, regulator circuitry housed in the protobloc
  • Regulated fixed outputs of 5V at 1A, and +15V and –15V at 500mA
  • The +/– 15V supplies can both be continuously adjusted from 0 to 15V
  • Protobloc unit features AC power switch, input fuse and 600mm AC power lead fitted with a 2.5mm DC power plug that mates with a socket on the AC transformer unit 34-0642
  • The AC transformer unit is supplied fitted with 1.8m of mains lead terminated in a standard 13A plug
  • Overall dimensions: protobloc unit: 250 x 200 x 80mm; AC transformer unit: 120 x 95 x 63mm, including output socket and mounting flanges



The 2-pin transformer, 34-0644, was supplied with older systems, and is listed only as a replacement part while stocks last.
