QIs there an ESD (static-safe) version of this tool available?
AHi John. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not an ESD version available for the Dremel 3000 set.

QWhat is the smallest drill size this can handle. (e.g. 0.8- 1mm for PCB?
AHi Anthony. Thank you for your question. This is supplied with a 3.2mm collet and with a multi chuck sold separately (85-0506) will go down to 0.8mm.
