A range of high performance IEEE1394 cables and adapters for connecting PCs, laptops and Macs to products such as camcorders and printers.

  • IEEE1394b (9-pin) connectors allow data transfer of up to 800Mbps, which is twice as fast as IEEE1394a (4 and 6-pin) connectors
  • IEEE1394b cables are backwards compatible with IEEE1394a devices but in these situations can only provide a data transfer rate of 400Mbps
  • Available with 4, 6 or 9-pin connectors
