QHello, is this N-FET suitable to use with MAX608 Chip to output approx 5V 500mA? http://datasheets.maximintegrated.com/en/ds/MAX608.pdf Thank you.
AHi Geo. Thank you for your question. This N-FET should be suitable - it has a 60v output so will easily handle the 5v input.
