The STM32F103V8H6 Performance line from ST is a high performance, low power 32-bit microcontroller that incorporates the ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at 72MHz. Features of this family include high-speed embedded Flash and SRAM memories, and a comprehensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os. All devices have standard communications interfaces (SPI, I²C, and USART), two 12-bit ADCs and multiple general purpose 16-bit timers. The device has an operating voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V and an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
