Silicone rubber, insulated mounting kits for TO3 and TO220 devices, consisting of a silicone rubber pad and insulating washers (two for TO3 and one for TO220). The pads are constructed from thermally conductive silicone rubber compound coated on to a layer of woven glassfibre to provide a strong, flexible and clean insulator. Faster assembly times can be achieved over mica, as there is no need to use messy and time-consuming heatsink compounds.

  • Flame retardant to UL94V-0
  • Supplied in packs of 10 or packs of 1000 kits
