A silicon-free conductive grease for use where high thermal performance is important. UniGrease 3800 creates a very low thermal interface resistance by ‘wetting out’ the contact surfaces. This removes the unwanted micro air voids that are inherently present between two surfaces.

  • 3.8W/mK Thermal conductivity
  • Will not harden over time, performance is optimised over the lifetime of the product
