Sil-Pad K-10 is a high performance Kapton-based insulator that combines a special film with a filled silicone rubber. The result is a thermal pad with excellent electrical performace that is puncture resistant and has good mechanical properties.

1.3W/m-K Thermal conductivity
Available in TO-220 and TO-3P styles and also in 12 x 12in sheet form
