Sil-Pad 1200 is a silicone based, fibreglass reinforced material that provides exceptional thermal performance at high and low mounting pressures. The smooth and highly compliant surface is non-tacky to maximise ease of use and to enable easy re-positioning.
Additional features such as excellent cut-through resistance for use in screw- and clip-mounted applications, superior breakdown voltage and surface wet-out values and carrier reinforcement to protect against tearing and other handling/production issues mean that Sil-Pad 1200 is an ideal material for applications where high compliancy, electrical isolation, exceptional thermal performance and ease of handling are essential, such as: automotive electronics control modules, power supplies, motor controls, audio and power amplifiers, discrete devices and telecommunications hardware.
