Flexible Hi-Flow is a phase-change material coated on both sides of an aluminium substrate and is designed specifically to replace grease as a thermal interface, eliminating the mess, contamination and difficult handling associated with grease. At 65°C (phase-change temperature) the material changes state from a solid and flows, thereby assuring total wet-out of the interface. The thixotropic characteristics of the material reduce the pump-out from the interface.

  • 0.9W/m-K Thermal conductivity
  • Electrically conductive – used where electrical isolation is not required
  • Tack-free
  • Scratch resistant at room temperature
  • Does not require protective liner in shipment when mounted
  • Low volatility – less than 1%
  • Easy to handle in the manufacturing environment
  • Available in packs of 100 TO-3 pads and also in 4 x 4in sheet form
