STM32F101 Access Line 32-bit microcontrollers

The STM32F101xx Access line from ST is family of high performance, low power 32-bit microcontrollers that incorporates the ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at 36MHz. Features of this family include high-speed embedded Flash and SRAM memories, and a comprehensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os. All devices have standard communications interfaces (SPI, I²C, and USART), one 12-bit ADC and multiple general purpose 16-bit timers. The complete Access line range includes devices in different package types, with 36, 48, 64 or 100 pins. The devices have an operating voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V and have an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
