ST62T53CB6 8-bit OTP Microcontroller

The ST62T53CB6 device is a low cost OTP, 8-bit HCMOS microcontroller that is designed for low to medium complexity applications. The device is based on a building block approach - a common core surrounded by a number of on-chip peripherals. it features a timer comprising of a an 8-bit counter with a 7-bit programmable prescaler, an 8-bit A/D converter with seven inputs, and a digital watchdog timer, making the device well suited to a wide range of applications.
