PowerMESH W Series ultra fast IGBT 1200V

The new STGW30NC120HD from ST is an ultra-fast 1200V IGBT that has been designed for applications up to 130kHz. This device uses the latest high voltage technology based on the PowerMESH strip layout which, together with a new lifetime control system, gives higher levels of performance from a device of this type. Optimised for high switching performance and low losses this device is particularly suitable for welding, PFC, lighting, induction heating and high frequency applications.
