Q. Hi, how do you connect this product up because I have red that it has a common anode instead of cathode, so I'm not quite sure on how to connect it up to my arduino. I have looked allover for a schematic but can't find one. Thanks in advance.
A. Hi Jacob. Thank you for your question. The data sheet shows the pin layout for the connections.

Im 16 and have used these L.E.Ds for my AS level project to create R.G.B light bars for a remote controlled mood lighting system. These L.E.Ds give some truly amazing colours and if they are combined with diffusers, can produce some great solid colours. Great for pulse width modulation, come in a great package with a 5mm pitch between the legs (perfect for stripboard projects). Great value for money considering the processes for making. The spacers on the legs also prove useful as they give that little extra area to dissipate the heat. Looking at the data sheet they seem pretty limited, but I've had them running off 12v taking 36Ma!. Best value 3 in 1 R.G.B. emmitter I've seen.
