QI have a programmer, and currently it is unable to program this chip; Pic24fj64ga006-i/pt 16 Bit Microcontroller.. WILL this Pic Kit 2, have the ability to program this? i currently use the CCS C to produce the HEX to upload... i currently use the software to upload annd i think its Pic Kit 2 compatible, question is though, WILL this Bit of KIT upload HEX to this chip (Pic24fj64ga006-i/pt 16 Bit Microcontroller) thank you kindly
AHi Wayne, thanks for your question. The Pickit2 Starter Kit will not be compatible with the requested Pic 24fj64ga006-ipt, so unfortunately will not upload the files you mention.

QI am not sure if i used Picaxe or not. Does this work on windows vista?

QWhat sort of chips can this program? I have basic knowledge of programming PIC chips with logicator however as that has been discontinued I am looking for a similar system and equpiment to use, is this what i'm looking for is can you recommend?
AHi Robert, thanks for your question. This will program blank PIC chips. Were you using Picaxe with logicator?
