This RGB LED consists of hyper orange, green and blue LEDs in a surface mount 5 x 5mm package. Each LED can be driven independently or in combination to produce the full colour spectrum. Applications include traffic signals, back lighting, display boards, automotive lighting, indicator panels.

  • Suitable for all SMT assembly procedures and solder processes
  • Wide 120° viewing angle
  • Water clear lens
  • Hyper orange element can be operated up to 50mA (green and blue up to 30mA)
