Three LED elements of red, blue and green packaged in a choice of surface mount or leaded 5 x 6mm package. Each LED can be driven independently to produce a full range of colours, including white.

  • Wide 100° viewing angle, water clear lens
  • Low thermal resistance package
  • Red element can be operated up to 50mA, blue and green up to 30mA
  • Suitable for surface mount assembly and solder processes
  • Applications include traffic signals, back lighting, display boards and dashboards
  • Supplied in small quantities or on reels of 500/packs of 500 (see below for details)
