An LCD graphics controller module with an on-board 256KByte SRAM display buffer. This device supports a wide range of active and passive panels and interfaces with various CPUs to ensure compatibility with most monochrome and colour STN and TFT displays. The advanced design of this controller, together with integration of memory and timing circuits create a low cost, low power single chip solution that is ideal for a variety of uses such as PDAs, mobile communications, point of sale and security systems.
