The MAX6674 is a cold-junction-compensation thermocouple-to-digital converter that digitises the input signal from the thermocouple and outputs a 10-bit resolution SPI-compatible, read only signal. Typically used in industrial, appliance, HVAC and automotive applications.

  • Surface mount SO-8 package
  • Simple SPI-compatible serial interface
  • Output 10-bit, 0.125°C resolution
  • Open thermocouple detection
  • Temperature range 0°C to +128°C
  • Exhibits thermocouple accuracy of ±2°C up to +125°C
