The STM32F103xx Performance line from ST is family of high performance, low power 32-bit microcontrollers that incorporates the ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating at 72MHz.
Features of this family include high-speed embedded Flash and SRAM memories, and a comprehensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os. All devices have standard communications interfaces (SPI, I²C, and USART), two 12-bit ADCs and multiple general purpose 16-bit timers.
The complete Performance line range includes devices in different package types, with 36, 48, 64 or 100 pins. The devices have an operating voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V and have an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
This family of 32-bit microcontrollers have a feature set and pricing for a wide range of applications, including: motor drive and application control, medical and handheld equipment, PC peripherals, gaming and GPS platforms, PLC, inverters, printers and scanners, alarm systems, video intercom, and HVAC.
