A full bridge driver for motor applications combining isolated DMOS power transistors, CMOS and bipolar circuitry.

  • DMOS output can operate at supply voltages up to 42V
  • Logic inputs are TTL, CMOS and miroprocessor compatible
  • Each channel, or half bridge is controlled by a separate logic input
  • L6201 is SO-20 package
  • L6202 is DIL-18 package
  • L6203 is a Multiwatt II package
