The AT26F004 is a 4MByte serial interface Flash memory device that is designed for use in a wide range of high-volume applications where program code is shadowed from Flash memory into embedded or external RAM for execution. Its flexible erase architecture makes it ideal for data storage, eliminating the need for additional EEPROM data storage devices. This device has been specifically designed for use in 3V systems and supports read, program, and erase operations with a supply voltage range of 2.7 to 3.6V. No seperate voltage is required for programming and erasing.
