The AT25FS040N from Atmel is a high speed, small sectored, SPI Flash memory device that is optimised for use in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, where there is a requirement for low power, low voltage operation. The memory is organised as 524,288 words of 8-bits each, to provide 4,194,304 bits of serial reprogrammable Flash memory.
