A monolithic voltage-to-frequency converter that, unlike similar devices, produces a square wave output, and can drive up to 12 TTL loads, optocouplers, long cables etc. Consists of an input amplifier, a precision oscillator system and a high current output stage.

  • Input voltage up to ±30V
  • Will operate from single or dual supplies
  • Excellent linearity
  • Wide dynamic range
  • Available in DIL-8 and SO-8 packages
