These high performance 8-bit microcontrollers are ROMless versions of the popular 80C51 CMOS single chip 8-bit microcontroller. Enhanced features of these devices include: X2 speed improvement, dual data pointer, 4 level interrupt priority system, power-off flag, ONCE mode and ALE disabling.
