Three LED elements of red, blue and green packaged in a choice of surface mount or leaded 5 x 6mm package. Each LED can be driven independently to produce a full range of colours, including white.

Wide 100° viewing angle, water clear lens
Low thermal resistance package
Red element can be operated up to 50mA, blue and green up to 30mA
Suitable for surface mount assembly and solder processes
Applications include traffic signals, back lighting, display boards and dashboards
Supplied in small quantities or on reels of 500/packs of 500 (see below for details)
