A range of non-isolated triacs designed for use in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal cycling performance with very low thermal resistances. Ideal for use in motor control, industrial lighting, industrial and domestic heating control and static switching systems.

  • Glass passivated
  • Off-state voltage of 400V or 600V
  • Peak on-state surge current up to 140A
  • Gate current sensitivities =70mA
  • TO-220 Package
