A range of both unidirectional and bidirectional surface mount transient voltage suppressors in an industry standard SMB package. These diodes have a fast response time and are glass passivated for increased reliability.

  • Wide range of popular voltages
  • Protects against voltage transients from ESD, inductive load switching and lightning

  • Excellent clamping capability
  • Low Zener impedance
  • Solder plated terminals
  • Low lead inductance
  • Supplied in a DO-214AA (SMB) moulded plastic housing
  • For unidirectional devices, the cathode (positive terminal) is marked by a band

  • Operating and storage temperature range –55°C to +150°C
