The ‘SuperBAT’ Schottky diode family utilises the metal-semiconductor junction to provide high performance in miniature surface mount packages. Optimised geometry together with superior packaging design enables significant space saving, circuit efficiencies and provides a more cost effective solution to larger package options. Applications include DC-DC conversion, high frequency rectification, charging circuits, mobile telecomms, network hardware and circuit protection.
