High power, dual centre tap Schottky rectifiers that are suitable for use in Switch Mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters in such applications as low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection. Their dual output design means that board space is saved and also gives many cost benefits with reduced component count and production costs.
