  • Semipack 2 (not shown) measures 94 x 29 x 30mm

  • Semiconductor components are soldered to an isolated ceramic baseplate for optimal thermal conductivity
  • Fast diodes use epitixial and Controlled Axial Lifetime technolog rated up to 600A and 1700V
  • Insulation voltage up to 3kV rms for 1 min., 3.6kV rms for 1s
  • Operating temperature range –40°C to +125°C
  • Approval to UL 1557
