A series of high power, centre tapped dual Schottky rectifiers the design of which has been optimised to give low reverse leakage at high temperatures. The barrier technology of these devices allows for reliable operation at high junction temperatures making them ideal for use in switching power supplies, converters, reverse battery protection and as freewheeling diodes.

  • Epoxy encapsulated for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance
