UF4000 series glass passivated, high efficiency rectifier diodes, in an industry standard DO-41 package, that have a forward current rating of 1A. These devices are ideal for use in very high frequency switching power supplies, inverters and as free wheeling diodes.

  • Ultrafast recovery time gives high efficiency
  • Excellent high temperature switching characteristics
  • Soft recovery
  • Can be mounted in any position
  • High soldering temperature
  • Colour band on body denotes polarity
  • Operating/storage temperature range –55°C to +150°C
