High voltage N-channel power MOSFETs using ST Microelectronics SuperMESH technology. Available in TO-220 and isolated TO-220FP through hole packages and DPAK and D²PAK surface mount packages.

  • Low on-resistance allows use of smaller heatsinks
  • Integrated back-to-back zener diode between gate and source terminals for ESD and voltage spike protection
  • Low threshold voltage
  • Fully avalanche tested during manufacture
  • Applications include off-line and switch-mode power supplies, adaptors, power factor correctors, lamp ballasts and high intensity discharge lamps
  • Supplied in TO-220, TO-220FP, DPAK and D²PAK packages in small quantities and in DPAK (x2500) and D²PAK (x1000) on full reels (see price panel for price breaks)
