A range of multiple drain (MDmesh) technology power MOSFETs. Combines STMicroelectronics patented mesh overlay horizontal layout with a novel multiple vertical p-strip drain to enable high performance in all types of high-frequency converters.

Extremely low on-resistance
Low gate charge
High dv/dt capability (>15V/ns)
FDmesh devices also feature a Fast Body Drain diode for even better RDS(on)
Designed applications include standard and PFC (power factor corrected) hard switching topologies used for telecommunications, welding equipment and high-end servers
Available in TO-220 and TO-247 packages
