AT27Cx EPROMs

The AT27C are a range of low power, high performance OTP EPROM devices that require only one 5V power supply in normal read mode operation. The high speed access time of these devices eliminates the need for speed reducing WAIT states in high performance microprocessor systems. Utilising scaled CMOS technology which provides low active power consumption and fast programming. The storage capability of these devices allows firmware to be reliably stored and accessed by the system without the delays of mass storage media.
