Qhow do we see the pictures/videos that the camera has filmed, do we download onto a laptop? does the package come with the software to do this? also if the wireless system does not work effectively ( as we are in a particularly bad area for wireless internet etc) are we able to return for a full refund?, thanks

AHi Matt, thanks for your question. The DVR-receiver plugs into your TV and the pictures are viewed on TV. There is no need for a wireless internet connection.
