QWe want to build solar cell powered cars in class. Would this motor be suitable for being powered by a solar cell?
AHi Patricia. Thank you for your question. This is suitable for solar use, normally the solar cell is normally used to charge a rechargeable battery or supercapacitor which in turn drives the motor.

QWhat is the absolute maximum voltage that can be put through this motor for short amounts of time?
AHi Paul, thanks for your question. Our technical department have tested these motors up to 30 vdc, and they seem just able to handle this power, even under load.
