QHI IS A STEPPER MOTOR THE SAME THING AS A DC GEAR MOTOR?

AHi Tim, no they are not quite the same - the stepper motor can be controlled in very small steps for accurate movement. A gear motor is designed to just pull a load whilst rotating at high speeds. Whilst they are manufactured much the same, they are not the same thing.
