Low cost AM radio modules

The Quasar UK range of AM radio modules provides complete RF transmitter and receiver radio modules which can be used to communicated data at up to 3KHz between CMOS/TTL devices.

The modules are very simple to operate and offer low current consumption, allowing for extended battery life when used in mobile applications. Data can be supplied directly to or from a microprocessor or encoding device, thus keeping the component count down and ensuring a low hardware cost. Applications include wireless security systems, remote gate controls, remote sensing, data capture, garage door controller.
