Pattress boxes for use when flush fitting 13A sockets or plate switches into hollow, dry lined (i.e., plasterboard) partition walls. When the boxes are fitted into a suitably sized hole, side mounted lugs are extended sideways behind the plasterboard, and when the socket or switch is fitted and the fixing screws tightened, the whole assembly is clamped securely to the board.

  • A unique feature of this range is that a joining piece is available which allows two boxes to be fitted immediately side by side, whilst still maintaining a strong clamping action
  • Conventional fitting of two boxes would require two completely separate holes rather than a single, longer hole which is obviously easier and quicker to cut
  • Covered by manufacturer�s 10 year warranty
