QI may want to buy the following item but would like to know if you ship to Guernsey and if so what would the shippings costs be and likely delivery time. Also, I'm after the bulbs in blue but by the picture on the web site they look like a very light/pale blue, which would not be suitable. Are they a dark or pale blue? Velleman Blue Halogen Lamp 20W / 12V MR16 RC - Blue Also, Guernsey is exempt from pay VAT so would this be deducted from the costs. Regards Steve

AHi Steve Thanks for your question. Our technical department have advised that the light is pale blue. We do ship to Guernsey, VAT will be deducted when you select your billing and delivery address in the checkout.
