Understand Ph

Discover the range of acidity and alkalinity of various foods and its effect on the function of our digestive enzymes. Students will appreciate the difficulties the body faces in maintaining fluids at a constant pH.

Through various activities, students will learn the importance pH plays in the chemical reactions necessary for biological activities, including growth and development, tissue repair and cell activity.
