QWhich pins are positive and negative?

AThanks for your enquiry Ben. Most commonly the central pin (1) is the positive but this is not universal.

Qwhich pins are connected to the +ve or -ve voltages???

AThanks for your enquiry Chris. The pin 4 would normally be the positive centre pin and the 2/3 pin would be the negative.
