Q. Does the kit include a PICAXE-08 chip? Neither your cat. nor the Revolution PDF says so and the Revolution PDF has the jack socket as an optional extra. It also refers to “Alternate Configurations” and at the bottom of each page there is the word “Education”.
A. Hi Frank. Thank you for your question. The kit is supplied with a pic chip: IC1 1 8 pin IC socket + microcontroller use socket for microcontroller. Please see the data sheet.
