This complete 7-tank PCB production line from Mega Electronics enables the user to produce complete PCBs in less than 20 minutes. It has been designed to meet the requirements of both industrial and educational markets.

• 250 x 300mm board capacity with tanks moulded as one piece to eliminate the risk of splits from welds or seams
• Tanks have bottom drains so no syphoning is needed when tanks are emptied
• Four chemical process tanks separated by three integral spray wash tanks
• Integral sink with hot and cold water to keep PCB processing clean and efficient
• Hot and cold water inlets are through standard washing machine hoses (supplied), draining from standard 32mm push fitting (supplied)
• Processing sequence: develop/wash/etch/wash/resist strip/wash/ immerse tin
• One piece polypropylene top
• RCD current trip socket
• Standard single phase 240V/50Hz 13A supply required
• Cabinet is made from steel with polypropylene sheeting and incorporates a lockable storage facility with doors manufactured from PVC
